You may request deletion of data associated with the SelfFit Content Engine, the internal business tool operated by Frank Hidalgo / SelfFit.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of data associated with the SelfFit Content Engine, send us an email with the details below. We will review and process your request.
- Send an email to frank@coachfrankfitness.com.
- Use the subject line: SelfFit Content Engine Data Deletion Request
- In the body, include the relevant Facebook/Instagram account name or the email used to authorize access, if applicable, so we can locate the associated data.
What Happens Next
Requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive them. Once processed, access tokens and connection data associated with the request are removed from our self-hosted instance.
Please note that some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or compliance reasons. In those cases, we retain only what is necessary and for only as long as required.
Disconnect From Meta Settings
You can also disconnect the app directly from your Meta account settings at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove the app.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app.
Disconnecting the app revokes its access to the connected account. You may still email us to confirm deletion of any associated data held on our instance.
